Her expertise spans molecular diagnostics, oncology, and bioinformatics and she is passionate about helping organizations achieve clarity, scalability and market impact.
Stefanie Cease, MBA
Stefanie brings more than 15 years of experience in technical operations, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership. With certifications in Scrum (CSM) and Product Ownership (CSPO), she has led Salesforce CRM initiatives, streamlined delivery workflows, and guided teams through transformative technology projects. Her career reflects a proven ability to identify inefficiencies, standardize processes, and deliver system improvements that create tangible business value. Stefanie is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, continuous improvement mindset, and dedication to enhancing customer experience.
